Mit einer einzelnen, weiteren Handlung - der Teilnahme an der Veranstaltung - erteile ich mehrere zusätzliche Einwilligungen, nämlich (1) dass während der Veranstaltung(en) Ton-, Film- und Fotoaufnahmen von meiner Person gemacht und (2) solche im Rahmen der Öffentlichkeitsarbeit, insbesondere auf der Homepage des Veranstalters sowie in Print-, Funk- und Online-Medien honorarfrei verwendet und veröffentlicht werden. Mir ist bekannt, dass veröffentlichte personenbezogene Daten, gar nicht, nur bedingt und/oder zeitverzögert gelöscht, verändert oder anonymisiert werden können und dass die Veröffentlichung auf einer urheberrechtlichen Zustimmung beruht und daher nicht wie eine datenschutzrechtliche Einwilligung widerrufbar ist. Die vorstehende Einwilligung erteile ich freiwillig. Ich bin nicht verpflichtet meine Einwilligung dem OAV gegenüber abzugeben. Die datenschutzrechtliche Einwilligung kann jederzeit mit Wirkung für die Zukunft widerrufen werden. Durch den Widerruf der Einwilligung wird die Rechtmäßigkeit der aufgrund der Einwilligung bis zum Widerruf erfolgten Verarbeitung nicht berührt. Mit meiner Handlung bestätige ich ebenfalls, die Datenschutzerklärung und das Transparenzdokument gelesen und zur Kenntnis genommen zu haben. *OAV-Datenschutzbestimmung
(With a single, further act – participating in the event - I give several additional consents, namely (1) that during the event(s) sound, film and photo recordings of my person are made and (2) such recordings are used and published free of charge in the context of public relations, in particular on the homepage of the organiser as well as in print, radio and online media. I am aware that published personal data can be deleted, changed or made anonymous, not at all, only conditionally and/or with a time delay and that the publication is based on a copyright consent and therefore cannot be revoked like a consent under data protection law. I give the above consent voluntarily and know that I am not obliged to give it. The data protection consent can be revoked at any time with effect for the future. The revocation of consent does not affect the legality of the processing carried out on the basis of the consent until the revocation. With my action I also confirm that I have read and taken note of the Privacy policy and the Transparency document.)
